A1 Packaging Store Terms:

By tendering a shipment with A1 Packaging Store you agree to abide by the carries terms and the following terms set by A1 Packaging Store:


1.  A1 Packaging Store is not responsible for any incorrect address or situation that occurs due to an incorrect address.
 
2.  A1 Packaging Store must file all claims with the carriers.  (Claims not filed by A1 Packaging Store may be delayed or denied.) 
     a.  Claims must be filed within 15 days of receipt of shipment. 
     b.  All packaging materials must be kept in order to file a claim.
     c.  Only actual loss or damage is paid and must be support by a receipt or invoice.
     d.  Any parcel packed by customer waives liabilty for breakage or damage due to improper packaging.  Improper packaging will deteremined by carrier, whose decision is final.
     e.  If no Delivery Signature Option is requested neither A1 Packaging Store or the chosen carrier may be held liable for theft.
     f.  ALL CARRIER DECISIONS ON THE OUTCOME OF A CLAIM ARE FINAL.
     g.  Refunds for Service Failures will be paid out at 75% original shipping cost. 
     h.  Unless declared at time of shipping, the maximum value for each parcel does not exceed $100.
3.  Items left at A1 Packaging Store for more than 90 days (without prior written approval) will be disposed of at A1 Packaging Store's discretion.
